| just realised thet mana recovery doesn't work at the tournament!! why??? |
it have been remove the function since the 2nd sur tour.
it just try to make sure those wiz wont have a 2hrs fight for 1 attempt ;p |

| It is to try and make it fairer for wizards so they dont have to spend an excessive amount of time fighting each tourney battle. With mana recovery their battles could easily last hours. |
