It is like a ball where you can buy in the artifacts shop: cost 2000gold.
When you are hunting maybe 25 lizard cavalry , then you use your capturing ball which is in your spell book, and you click on the creature you wanna capture. It was have a 50% chance of you capturing that creature. You can use it in the battle and it becames your pet or you can sell it...

-1 | | How about i can only last for 24 hours... | 1) Too easy, too cheap and awesome chance. 50% chance? Great! All hunt records are now easily beaten! Let's see, one million angels, split into 5 stacks(at worst case. Best, 2 stacks only). Let's buy about, hmm, 50 balls before the battle. Every hero turn, throw a ball at the strongest set. Take talent last breath (if possible) and split stacks such that they defend each other. In probably 10-15 turns, you win. Trust me, 2k? That's cheap. VERY cheap. Extremely cheap.
2) That was one million. Try 999,999,999 trillion, or gazillion. Split into 5 stacks max. In 10-15 turns, 20 if you're unlucky, you win. Trust me. Hunts become...become...become... (someone help me here)
3) So it's like, at level 5 one can get hold of Dragons? xDD
4) let's buy about 20 balls before a duel. During that time, it becomes a capture fest. Why? It's much easier to win. Every duel, probably even group battles, will lose their appeal. Those that play normally will never stand a chance.
5) Wait, what? 24h? OMG! Let's go back to the hunt example of 9^9^9 gazillion angels. Catch one., but don't use it at that hunt. Now duel. What do you get?
All it takes is ~6k gold, and 30 minutes. You get a very surprised foe and a super easy win. In fact, you don't even have to wait 30 minutes, since you probably didn't use any mana, and since after a hunt your mana is partially restored
