It is legal if you pay a reasonable price for it. If price is too much outside the market price though then yes it would be illegal. |

LOL back in the old days there cost was 300,000g, and you could rent them
I suggest the eaiest way to get a TGI will be to get diamonds

| By transfer I meant you can buy a TGI directly from another player, not necesarly through the market. It doesn't mean it's lending as long as what #4 said. |

...At market price. So unless your generous uncle has 1'800'000 gold on his account (gold + primary resources) it will put him in trouble, too.
