does anyone know how the training chambers work?

it allow you to covert lower tier unit to higher tier. the higher knight faction level you had the better effect.
so, you will get more unit (meat?) at the end. |

| Once you build the training chambers (on your "castle" page), just go to the "recruiting" page to add the additional troops you will now have available. |

That is because you are knight faction level 0. |

You get aditional troops when you level up anynway.
But you'll get aditional troops as an effect of training chambers when your knight faction level increases. |
