1. If you aren't related to the application directly - don't leave your messages in it's topic. Third-party comments are allowed only for providing additional facts about the affair, or for replacing the link to warlog with the more readable battlechat. Discussions, expressing personal opinions, etc. are penalized with at least 24 hour ban.
There are still violations, for example the latest 160k loan was fully paid back three days past the limitation.

Though barnabas does hand out less then 30% over a month apart repeatedly giving gifts is financial assistance.

Barnabas was cancelling his account and dividing his money randomly not earlier than one month was over...according to the rules, it is ok to do so...as I understand this rule, one, having some money and leaving this game can do with his property what he wants...give money when he wants and who he wants if the amount of money is not higher than 30% of his possession and if it does't happen during one month...and I can't find anywhere anything like " if someone is cancelling his account, you can't accept his money if you are poor or accept them two months in a row "... As I was not begging for the money or anything, just received them as a suprise gifts, It did not even come to my mind that it could be such a problem to keep them...

100k he paid in the limit, 60k 3 days after the "deadline", if this is such a tragedy for someone... nevertheless the rule sounds like this:

When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation. | 3.15. But when you add up all the gifts he sent at a time it was over a good deal over 30%, also you cannot cancel a account...
Furthermore there is a rule about spacing out your posts o.o, and the facts from post #4 were just stating that there are infact violations and that your post#3 did not provide any additional facts and was a third party comment, witch is against the forum rules.
There ARE violations in any light, i chose to random examples as yes EXAMPLES.

Note there were no posted terms... and that the maximum loan time is a month, or else it would not be illegal to rent out TGI`s either.

Though it is possible that you simply forgot to list LadyOfTheRings as your sister back then, it is just as likely that its a mult.
