The traffic taken by this game is ~1.5 Mb per hour.
1.5 * 24 hours = 36 Mb per day.
2.5 Gb / 36 Mb = 70 days, if you will be in this game day & night. |

you do realize that you won't use your internet for lordswm solely, don't you? which small fact stultifies all the following calculations. but nevertheless, if we assume you are the most committed player in the lordswm history:

the traffic depends on dozens of things. starting with how often you do battles (once per two hours; thrice per half an hour...) to what settings have been chosen - a variant with lowest graphics and no sound will make pretty different traffic every single battle than a variant with best graphics, unit shadows, blood, sound effects and stereo sounds. |
