for example we sometimes bet on red and then we think it will be black..then we can cancel the bet and then change it before roulette spinning...or sometimes we bet wrong like wanted to bet on 1st dozen and betted on 3rd dozen by mistake..then we can cancel it and change it before roulette spinning..
