Yes, you can. Just go to your mini art foundry and unequip the one you currently use.

No, but when you reach higher combat lvl, your mini-arts can combine up to 3 differents capacities.
how can Necroms uses skeletons
On the recruiting page, they may recruit additional skellies on top of the "regular" ones from a reserve which is built up from previous won fights or bought on market.

No. It's a necro-faction specific ability. |

Yes, you can change your mini-arts.
One deck means one of every card while in an infinite deck there are infinite copies for every single card. |
| #3 No you cannot upgrade the current mini artifacts. Unless you either unequip the mini artifact and replace with a new and better one, or equip an extra mini artifact in addition to the current one. |
