Rubber67 cheated me 100,000 and sent it to Lubu67.
I had a contract to purchase TGI from rubber67, and sent him 100,000 gold as the down payment. However, he broke the contract, quit the game and sent my down payment to Lubu67.

The contract says if he doesn't send me the TGI within 1 hour after I send him the down payment, he has a penalty to pay me back 150k gold. I just found out the transfer log might only contain part of the contract. However, I do have copy of the entire contract in my private mail and his agreement. I can send it to Admin if requested.
