They won't do that yet. No level 10 arts have been added to the map; only up to level 8.

fixed it for you, I mentioned it to clan members 4 days before they ran out when there were 116 left, and now players are complaining they cant get any signet rings |

No real need for that. By default players don't monitor stock levels of anything until it reaches 0 and they need it. :) |
