Hi there, this player Luther007 ran the clock down on almost all his turns delaying the game greatly, furthermore only kinda started to do things in a more timely manner after it was said that he could be punish for poor sportsmanship/ delay of game violations. but only for one or two moves then went back to delaying the game on his turns. here is the link to that battle and staff can watch the battle and see the proof.
