let's see... if we transfer gold to say thx if sumone help us in hunt...... do they notify? n we pay back our loan... he/she did'nt notify too....... if we rob sumone just to raise thief guild n we return the gold stolen.... will they notify...
if we transfer sumting with a note on it... there should be a pop out note at the character main page or watever it takes so the person notice.
