I think this will be a tough one :-)

Lets have a unit with 10-10 damage, attack number 20, which attacks a unit with defence number 10. Lets assume that hero of the attacking unit have advanced offence and cold blade talents and
sword E10A10W10F10,
dagger E10A10W10decrease_defence10,
longbow E10A10W10decrease_defence10,
and hero of the defending unit has expert defence, and four enchanted weapons:
helmet E20A20W20DecreaseAttack10
armor E20A20W20DecreaseAttack10
boots E20A20W20DecreaseAttack10
shield E20A20W20DecreaseAttack10

final sword attack bonus: 1-(1-0,1)^4=34,4%
which makes 34,4%/4=8,6% for each type of enchantment

final earth attack bonus: 3*8,6%=25,8%
final air attack bonus: 3*8,6%=25,8%
final fire attack bonus: 8,6%
final water attack bonus: 3*8,6%+10%(cold blade)=35,8%
final defence decrease: 2*8,6%=17,2%

what about helmet?
final helmet effect 1-(1-0,2)^3*(1-0,1)=53,92%
now I make a guess about dividing this total effect among particular components
earth shield: [53,92/(20+20+20+10)]*20=15,4%
air shield: [53,92/(20+20+20+10)]*20=15,4%
water shield: [53,92/(20+20+20+10)]*20=15,4%
decrease attack: [53,92/(20+20+20+10)]*10=7,7%

final earth shield: 4*15,4%=61,6%
final air shield: 4*15,4%=61,6%
final water shield: 4*15,4%=61,6%
Final attack decrease: 4*7,7%=30,8%


The final damage will be:
10*[1+0,05*(20*(1-0,308)-10*(1-0,172))]*1,2*0,7*[1+0,258*(1-0,616)]*[1+0,258*(1-0,616)]*[1+0,35 8*(1-0,616)]*[1+0,086]=16,0189

Damage without enchantments:
10*[1+0,05*(20-10)]*1,2*0,7*1,1=13,86

Damage without enchantments and talents:
10*[1+0.05*(20-10)]=15
