5) Merged hunts became subject to slight changes. From now on, if the factions of the two creature groups differ, their morale is 0.
***If one of the groups is undead and the other is neither undead, elemental, nor mechanical, the other group's morale is -1.*** | in HoMM V if you have a mixed army you get less morale (usually you have +1 if your army is just made of 1 type of faction, you get 0 if it's made of 2 factions that get along well with each other (such as knight+elves) and you get -1 with using opposing faction units (such as necro+elves))
i remember there was an update for this (but i can't remember the exact change)
now the weird thing is: in HoMM V, both factions (DE+Necro) are "evil", so they should have 0 morale (not -1). Correct me where i'm wrong (and yes i know this is not HoMM V but it's really close to each other) | In lordswm , if in a merged hunt , the creatures are of a diffrent faction , they get 0 morale . If any living creature is paired with a undead creature , the living creature gets -1 morale . | Ah ok, thanks. Never heard of that before. Somehow i missed that part of the grand update.
