You can switch to a new faction and not build any buildings and enter the tourny, but youll only have the starter troops to fight for your levels tournament. |

you have to buy the buildings, you enter the tournament with your current army and then you have to make it last as far into the waves as possible |

Now i knew why fourth tournament come fast and handy
Because Admin wanna reset the Magic Wand 2010
Some of the wand still have effect of 11 AP , + 2Knowledge nad so on because the player who equipped it does not reset it
If a player not reset it , the player gain unfairness of status
For qizard not reset magic wand , he/she got high spell attack and more knowledge
So if tournament begin then all will reset the wand except for someone who not join the tournament
