With my proposed bonus,
At Level 1 (0.5 % discount), we can buy Wood for 182 gold (East Bay), and Crystal for 367 gold (Silent Hill). -> Rounded Up
At Level 9 (3% discount), we can buy Wood for 177 gold (East Bay), and Crystal for 357 gold -> Rounded Up |
i think this might disturb the economy

Well the ideea is pretty good to improve the economy, but when you level up in the guild you ruin it back because of the bonues (instead of paying X gold for a resource, you pay 0.95*X wich makes the facility loose a lot of gold) and where back where we started because all the money on the artifact you buy, goes on the disccount you get for buying resources, and even more. And it's pretty easy to cheat the system too, you can have a friend with high guild points and ask him to buy reasources instead of you buying them. Everyone will have such a friend. No one would buy resources themseves, like no one repaires items themself unless they are good smiths. But the problem is, this will practialy mean lowering the resources buy price everywhere. Not good to economy!

Do you think it will be better if we only get 10-20 gold as the bonus itself without any additional benefit like the discount ??
And oh yeah.. to avoid players rushing this quest to gain abundant gold, it should only be available every 40 minutes. |
+ to the idea. More travel. More thief fights. More resources and arts bought.
Might need some tuning out. But admins could supply mines automatically this way. Just and idea, offer a small bonus for travelling but no need to make a guild out of it. Or we would have addicted guys traveling back and forth, back and forth..thats not a game, thats hell. |
How about making this guld like the hunters guild or the mercenaries guild, but insteand of giving arts/elements, to give resources? A little chance there to win a couple of resources.
Trading Guild level 1: random between 1 and 3 wood/ore
Trading Guild level 2: random between 2 and 5 wood/ore
Trading Guild level 3: random between 3 and 6 wood/ore or random between 1 and 3 the other resources
Trading Guild level 4: random between 3 and 8 wood/ore or random between 1 and 4 the other resources
Trading Guild level 5: random between 4 and 8 wood/ore or random between 2 and 4 the other resources
Trading Guild level 6: random between 5 and 9 wood/ore or random between 2 and 5 the other resources
Or
How about limiting the amount of resources you can have, the same way arts are limited and some defence here and then.
Trading Guild level 1: max 15 wood / max 15 ore / max 10 of others each
Trading Guild level 2: max 30 wood / max 30 ore / max 20 of others each
Trading Guild level 3: max 50 wood / max 50 ore / max 30 of others each +1 defence
Trading Guild level 5: max 70 wood / max 70 ore / max 40 of others each
Trading Guild level 6: max 100 wood / max 100 ore / max 50 of others each +1 defence
Trading Guild level 7: max 150 wood / max 150 ore / max 75 of others each
Trading Guild level 8: max 200 wood / max 200 ore / max 100 of others each +1 defence
Trading Guild level 9: max 300 wood / max 300 ore / max 150 of others each
Or instead of +1 defence, +1 primary parameter of your choice.
There can be many ways to give bonuses for such a guild.
The guild should also become harder depending on level, by asking you to bring expensive arts, wich would require that you have money to buy them at the time you're doing the quest. |
