| I think you have to have monks. I switched to demon and had to construct some. |
| on .ru i switched to demons with no buildings at all and was able to join the battle. i don't think it's part of the deal, and i don't want to spend tons of cash on buildings for a faction that i won't be using... |

| Same problem. I think you need tier 5 to participate. Not sure about fort. |
