| That would be too cheap. Scroll of energy has the effect of Magic Wand minus the 2 defense and costs roughly 27000 gold. You're gonna need to up the price a lot. |

| i agree with nutella, this may only give 2 more defense than scroll of energy, but most wizards would pay at least 100k for frenzy, chain lightining, summon elemental and imagine barb with magic shield! :P |

| Never, lv 4 spells by itself is probably worth way more than 120,000 gold and for it to be usable to people who haven't or can't construct magic guild lv 1? Way over powered. It is inappropriate for an artifact to have so much power. |
