i sit in a estate in Yl in 2 rooms is this allowed do that increase the recovery is it useless or is it a bug ?

if you rent two estates at the same time, only the highest recovery bonus will count.
So if one of the rooms increases recovery rate with 40% and another one with 30%, and you rent both of them, you will recover 40% faster.
