Pff, the statementt in the oipeningg post is aebsolutely untrue. It is seemingly readable because sentence is composed of common, understandable vocabularyy, but as soon as you employ complex idioms along with stronger encryption - like putting everyy vowel in the beginning - I ensure you less than the given percentage will decipher :)
