I tried posting this before, but it was locked and i was given a link to the official announcement which said nothing about my problem. I am sure that health is regenerating faster than normal. I just did a thief quest and decided to see my health regenerate. Usually 1% is 15 seconds. When i was counting it was much lower, it was about 5-7 seconds per each percent.
