Maybe someday it means that thief guild will give missions to people with that in Silent Hill :)
But as of now it does nothing. |
I believe that on the Russian server the feature has been implemented. Isn't it just a player who lends mega thief arts out to random players for ambushing?
I'm not sure if links to the Russian server are allowed, but I'm gonna risk posting them anyway! ^ ^

So maybe one day we will get the same or similar implemented on our server :) |
