Before i saw no vacancies in estates for room rent..
Now no one is renting rooms in all places.. i dnt know why?if no one renting how they will get their gold back? |

It's just like in real life. There are some bad investments out there. And this is one of them in LWM :) Owning a house is just a pride. Nothing else.
Some players said that the house will be 'very usefull' during clan war or tournament. I doubt it. If you use the money to enchant your arts instead of buying a house, it is always better. Enchanted arts will help you save your life everytime.
But I know a millionaire (in this game) before the house was introduced. And now he is just an ordinary guy with 3 useless houses :) |

Ok, little business plan.
Estate offer:
85 houses (hope it's right)
Rooms max: 5 per house
Total potential offer: 420 (5 x 85)
Some houses don't get developed or don't have all the possible rooms, let say 90% (I'm guessing).
Total room offer: 383
++++
Demand:
Total player on line in a day (guess): 3 000 (now, more during a war).
Percent of player that need house service (again guess but a high one): 10% (more during war event?)
Total demand: 283 (3 000 - 85 - 85 x 10%)
(total player - house owners - spouse) x percent
So even with high guess demand is lower than offer => free rooms :( |

They can sell them. Actually, some of those estates were already sold for 150 000 profit. Renting fees are just for bonus.. |
