| Everytime i enrol there is this thing(*0.1 Workaholic penalty enabled! You must win a combat to relieve it.) what is it? |
1) Laborers' guild mechanics reconsidered. Any Lord who has worked 10 workshifts in a row at Empire's facilities since his or her last victorious combat, shall suffer an efficiency drop of 20% at each further enrolment, down to 10% of the usual efficiency. One victorious combat of any type restores it back to full 100%.

Once you win,the "workaholic" counter will reset. After 10 enrolls without a combat win, you will get the penalty again. |
10 enrolls on a row without winning a combat 0.1 penalty of the wage each enroll.
after winning only 1 combat you return your full wage
Basicly you have to play and win to get full wage. |
Basically you have to play and win once in while to get full wage.
