I believe that when some posts a name for cheating/illegal transfers they should get an e-mail telling them what they did, or why they couldnt punish.
This would give people knowledge that what they are doing is being noticed, and would encourage them to continue. And keep an eye out on the ones that couldnt have anything done to.

Comments?
it says in there transfer log
y should i still have to be following them, and not knowing if they were looked at, or if they couldnt find the evidence to penalize them. If you care enough to post a cheater, then you want to see justice done. Not looking at the character and seeing he is still getting away with it, and not knowing why, or if you were at fault. Once nothing is acknowledged then the morale of the reports will decline, and they will feel it was/is a waste of time to be looking at other profiles if nothing is going to be done.
Once the complaint has been processed, the thread is closed. If the thread is not closed, the complaint has not been processed.

If you want a PM for every processed complaint, there would be too many PMs the admin have to give out due to spam complaints.

Maybe only for punishments and not the "why they couldn't punish.". It's up to the admin if they want to say something, but I think it's already a lot of work to verify complaints and calculate the amount to be fined or whether to block.
