Dear managers I address to you:
Today the character of my wife (Bewitched) has been blocked, on visible for transfer to it from me 70 000 gold coins (the Player under anybody Pablo_Juan), are visible suspicions in multiple characters. 3.8. The fact of logging multiple characters in the game from one computer must be by all means shown in the "character information" of all those characters with explanation of reason (relatives, friends, playing from a computer club etc).
3.11. (a)Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited.
although it is written here as of one person it may be applicated as well on your situation since no one can really make sure that it is your wife playing (and not you playing both). So don't interfere with each other at all write in each one's profile that the other one is your husband's/wife's account and you should be able to avoid future problems. Of course first write to secretary as mentioned and ask kindly explaining the situation for mercy :) |
