It means you can get... bad wording, I'm sorry. Any quest while you are MG 0, you have a 20% chance of getting Meteorite shard or Toadstool.
When you reach higher ranks of MG, new elements are added to the list of elements you can receive. |
i've completed about 60+ quests n i hav got about 15-20 elements which is considered as very very lucky.....
be patient u'll get them eventually |
