AuthorExp
How is the exp calculated in a battle. Many times i have noticed that I do more killing and die a lot as well & my partner gets most of the exp.

Any info/enlightenment on this factor would be appreciated.

Thanks

All I know that more arts get you more EXP:)
Yes, more artifacts give more exp. You also get more exp when you do more damage.
And for certain combats (like Free for all) you get big reduction of your exp when you drop out.

For example, for the 6 people Free for all it is:
First one out gets 30% exp, 50% fsp;
second - 40% exp, 65% fsp;
third - 50% exp, 80% fsp;
fourth - 60% exp, 120% fsp;
fifth - 70% exp, 135% fsp;
last man standing gets 100% exp and 150% fsp gained.
We dont know exact formula. What we do know is: More AP you wear, more exp. More AP opponent wears, more exp, more damage you do.

Thats about it. I dont know for sure if the tier level of creatures you kill matters.
Also the sort of battle and troops affect EXP amount

that's all I think
Many times i have noticed that I do more killing and die a lot as well & my partner gets most of the exp.
For example this battle:

Take your calculator and count for yourself.
The Dark Elf on your team did more damage than you.
guess we'll never know :(

the battle mentioned above is me with full arts and ap = 22 (except cloak) all other were more or less basic ap except for mantukinas (if i remember correctly).

the elf might have had a few kills more than me....but if arts give exp. i get about half the exp ! something is wrong somewhere. there has to be more than that meets the eye. something like what heartbreakkid mentioned; 'also the sort of troops/battle'....or maybe if you kill the last unit in the stack then extra exp.

guess we'll never know for sure :(

thanks for the reply fellas....appreciate it ;)

i'll leave the topic open in case somebody else has info to post in this thread.
