People say. that when u get 1 racial skill damage then magic punch goes from 20 damage too 30 ( n00 spell power. )

You get damage bonus only against neutrals.
That includes:
- Hunts
- Merc quild quests (except message dfelivery)
- probably, Dragon ambushes in Ridge of hope. |

If i remember well, dragon ambushes are limited to characters from lvl 5 on.. but it has been a while since i got there.. |
