First, the recent rule 3.27 has been changed. It is now possible to sell the clan to anyone, but only for its registration cost of 30,000 gold.
Secondly, new rules:
3.15.2. - Militarizing clans.
Watch out! Severe witchhunting will start soon to check whether anyone had militarized illegally.
3.29. - Clan leadership.
3.33. - Thief Guild invitation leasing/renting. |

Battlefields for Thieves' Guild ambushes and Mercenaries' Guild brigand quests have been increased to 18x18 cells.
Experience granted for TG caravan combats has been doubled.
And now here at the new venue has become harder to fight .. and not everyone can manage to meet the deadline ... will be better and more honest if they upgrade to defer to the December 1. What do you think? |

It means that clans who used illegal funds and/or received "donation" in excess of the 30% rule, etc to become a MC will be checked and action will be taken. |

No, since everything has to be paid up in 1 month (any paid amount is considered a loan, which can only be a maximum of 1 month)
You can do 40k every 3 days, i think...

When you loan it to them , it IS in their possession since they would have to spend the TGI in order to become a theif, so if you do as you propose, you are indeed giving it for free into their possession. |

But as I understand it "to LOAN" means for gold or other profit. I want to BORROW it to them for free (until they return it). Is that still violation of rules?
What about if I borrow it before December? Is that legal? Rule 3.33. says: "...becomes forbidden since December, 01, 2009" Because the player won't be probably able to return it in next 2-3 months (until he reaches TG lvl 5)...

I am very desperate about this. I was saving two months so I and my friends can join TG and when I finally acquired TGI (day before changes were announced), everything has changed. :( |
