Is it possible to move my swordmen more than 4 spaces at a time....if so then how ?

Thief set gives +1 speed to all units, iirc.
Concerning the text quest - there is stickied topic in this forum. I recommend you to look through it first. |
Yes, it's possible IF you have a thief set (really expensive and you need to be at least level 6).
