What do you mean by "they bully you"?
Did you get insults? Menaces? Other annoying things said to you? | It's first best to identify what you call bullying.
If it is a problem with people sending you rude mail, that can easily be sorted.
If it is a problem with people being rude to you during combat, that too can be sorted.
If you identify the problem, perhaps we can help you identify a solution. | Hmm, judging by your transfer log, I can safely say its either you have been fooled (or "bullied") by players to give away gold, or you have been illegally transferring (for your sake, I hope not).
