Genies and Senior Genies are random casters and any of the 6 spells are cast.
So can they "randomly" cast poison on necro/mechanical/stone troops?
OR
Does the AI auto correct and choose another random spell?
Similarly for confusion~
Links are essential |
From my own Wizard experience, Poison will be excluded, so as other statuses that the target has been inflicted or is immune to. (Disruption ray excluded, since it doesn't inflict a status)
I might be wrong, what kind of link do you need, cause I've never seen my Genies casting poison on those troops that won't be affected, don't think I see delay casted on Golems either. |
Any battle link to prove otherwise will do~
without any links it's safe to assume that the ai bypasses the conflicting spells and chooses a new random one.
even i can't remember any poison from my necro days~ |

Gargoyle hunt, not a single Poison or Confusion casted. But there were a lot of Curse, not sure was that the reason.
Genies cast Curse on Gargoyles for 1 turns.
Golems wait.
Enchanted gargoyles wait.
Genies cast Curse on Gargoyles for 2 turns.
Genies cast Curse on Gargoyles for 1 turns.
Genies cast Curse on Gargoyles for 1 turns. |
:O good question. But I believe, the AI only cast certain spells that the opponents are not immune to. So, I guess their random is not that random after all. That's, of course, was based on my observation. |
they can cast poison on gargs or golems actualy.
But there are several conditions to it.
1st wiz must have reflect spell talent
2nd original target must been non elemental genies or giants or gremlins for example
Difference is that even after atack effect is seen cast and it sais gargs are poisoned they actualy get no harm and arent poisoned at all. |
i read somewhere that the spells that cannot act on a stack won't be selected, that is why, for exemple, no delay is ever cast on golems. |
