| I noticed one strange thing for me. Leader of the clan #500 keeps money from the players who paid entrance fee/invitation fee to join clan on his personal account. Is it allowed or all clan money should be on clan account? |

Basically, there is no difference between clan treasury and clan leader's treasury. Only the clan leader can add or withdraw funds from the clan. There's nothing wrong by keeping some gold given by members - sometimes, they do donations to get special titles and prestige in the clan, and it can be seen as a reward for the effort made by clan leader from running the clan and the 30K clan foundation cost.
However, if the gold is gathered in the name of specific purposes and has to be in clan treasury (and not leader's) for a reason, like upgrading to a Military clan, then you have a point. |

As long as the leader doesn't violate the new rules:
3.26. Financial pyramids are forbidden in this game (including creating recruiter networks for clans by promising them part of recruitment fees).
3.26.1. A clan where the Leader's promises are not brought to realization is considered a financial pyramid. In case when funds were accumulated in a clan for a public purpose (such as purchasing TGI or rare items/sets), and no such purpose has been brought to realization, the prosecution is supposed to present proof from his or her transfer log. Clan leader is held responsible and will be blocked for swindling if the fault is confirmed.
3.26.2. Only clan Recruiters may be awarded for bringing newer recruits into the clan. Clan leaders are advised to limit the recruiting duties to official Recruiters.
Clan ranking systems, as well as any relevant rewards, are still legal, if no other rule is broken in the process.
It should be fine since the clan funds are considered property of the leader. |
