I have a question, can somebody change script into new location? I can try but i need to know is it legal...maybe LazyGreg will add new location?

I can change it; but have one question, is it legal? :) If yes I can share this file with you.
The players asking are obviously(?) referring to the "Map Move" script that a lot of us is using found here -

and in #13 - Skunder's reply
3.24. There are currently no official clients, patches, scripts and other wares for this game. By downloading and installing any that pretend to be, you take a risk to lose all property and access to your character. The Administration will not claim responsibility for using such wares and recommends to restrain from their use.
3.24.1. It is forbidden to post links to any programs and scripts except those by LazyGreg, xo4yxa, Silentio and Maxter. Beware of forgery.
Warning! The Administration is aware of the above-mentioned players' productive works and does not prohibit their usage. However, the scripts are unofficial, we do not take responsibility for any issues that might occur during their functioning. Use them at your own risk.
Therefore, No
But, https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1867510,
Arctic says,
There is a legal one =)

So is it legal and/or breaking any game's rules if we use it?
Thanks in advance. :) | Those scripts are approved by the admins, so using them is legal.
However, if you modify them, they become "new & unapproved" scripts, so their use is illegal.
Just wait until an updated and approved version comes out. I'm sure Arctic will be kind enough to do this favour for us. After all, if my memory doesn't cheat me, he was the one who translated and adopted them to be used on the .com server in the first place. |
