Currently found out:

Tower 30, Wall 15,
Facilities all Rank 4,
Resources start at 7,
Winning conditions 100 tower/300 resource |
| Theres a path to the right hand side of it, into the mountains, my guess is that's where the dwarf war will be happening, or part of it |
