Nobody can tell you the number. It hasnt been revealed. It was stated in official announcement as "slight chance". It probably depends on many factors like number of players online, number of players hunting, their levels, etc.
This is the official statement I know of about probability of such thing to happen. But it has been discussed, something very rare, seems to happen once in 100-200 hunts.
