| how do we raise gambler ,mercinary,thieves etc. guilds ? | Gamblers' guild - Play card games at Tavern, each win gives you 1 point.
Mercenaries' guild - Go to Yellow Lake > Public Services > Mercenaries' guild, they give out tasks that you have to complete to gain points.
Thieves' guild - Join Thieves' guild and set ambushes, each victory gains you 1 point. You need to be Lv 6 and above for this.

mercenary - complete quests given at yellow lake
thieves - reach lvl 6, obtain a thief invite then win ambushes
laborers - enrol at work facilities
hunters - win hunts
smiths - reach lvl 6, build smith then repair 0/xx items
