I have learned the talent resistance (20% magic shield), and If I use cape of winds (25% air resistance), Do my troops have 45% air resistance or is not cumulative?

It is cumulative, but not additive.
the model is R=1-(1-R_1)*(1-R_2)*...
So in your case, the total Air shield is 1-(75%)*(80%)=40% |
