| if i was an elf then switched faction would i still keep the 3% initive from the star??? | No. This 3% initiative bonus is linked to your Elf faction. Other factions have different bonuses (Attack, Knowledge, etc.)
But if you get back to Elf faction you'll get it back too. | | No. It's a bonus for elves only. | No, different faction may have different innate parameters, you can check on this page:
