Authoris this a joke or what?
I was staying online as usually (working on something else on my PC) when suddenly I verified my account and one piece of ore was posted on market. It wasn't me who posted (you can look in my transfer log that I do not trade primary resources). So, either the admins made a joke or my account was hacked and somebody left a signature. In any case, I require the admins help in this matter.

I changed my password just to be sure I am safe for the moment, but that won't stop anyone to try again.

My PC is with LINUX, so, the security is better than under MS Windows which makes me think that the problem is not from my side (especially that I haven't had this kind of event ever since I started to install myself whatever operating system on my PC's).

Estimative time of intruding: 20:49.

no, my girlfriend is at the other pc and i didn't leave my pc. i was working on it, but for my own project, so, i don't know exactly at what hour it happened (i deduced it from the timer for my piece of ore).

Are you sure it wasnt you who put it on market? I mean, you sell loads of defender shields and amulets(perhaps other stuff, I went only through one page). You were working, tired, took a brake to enroll and post lots, forgot to set art name, misclicked, send ore. Know what I am talking about, been there..

Was the timer set to your ussual time? Is it possible, were you online at that time? I mean, posting lots is thing so automatic I dont even remember doing it.
My dear Omega22, let me ask you something: would you post on market 1 piece of ore (when you have 3), for 1h and for 216 gp?

Now, let me answer your questions:

Are you sure it wasnt you who put it on market? I mean, you sell loads of defender shields and amulets(perhaps other stuff, I went only through one page). You were working, tired, took a brake to enroll and post lots, forgot to set art name, misclicked, send ore. Know what I am talking about, been there..

I know what you are talking about because I've been there as well before. Still, listen to this. I would consider it a mistake of mine if it wasn't for the price. I had to sell a defender shield, it's true, but if I wouldn't select the Defender Shield (as it happened with a toadstool or an abrasive long time ago), I would go with my ore at the price of 3333 gp as I post my Defender Shield. I didn't have anything to sell in that moment. So, let's suppose for a moment that I developed an automatism and I wasn't paying enough attention. It was ore (the first resource in the list), it was 1 piece as my Defender Shield, it was 1 hour as most of the time (let's say it was like most of the time), but it was 216 gp or so. How do you explain with an automatism to set such a number? It was not related to my Defender Shield, it wasn't the best price on market to put it for 1 hour and I don't sell resources at market (I sell them in factories when I have too many).

Yes, at the beginning I thought like you: "hey, I made a mistake, shit happens." But then I saw the price which doesn't enter in any of my automatisms. I usually trade to enrol myself (and I leave money for others to enrol as well :P): Defender Shield, Amulet of Luck and Steel Blade. Tell me where enters 216 gp. Drunk I wasn't for sure and I don't suffer of multiple personality disorder (maybe of others yes, but not of that). :)

So, can you explain that? If you can explain in a logic way and me to do such a mistake, I will lock this thread with my apologies.
for CGSMCMLXXV:
216 gold is the max. price you can set for ore and wood when posting your lot, 432 for other resources, which are 20% increase of 180 gold and 360 gold respectively. Yes, it was automated when you try to sell higher, auction has no such limit though.
for Straws:

Yes, it was automated when you try to sell higher, auction has no such limit though.

Yes, it may be an automatism for those who trade regularly those resources. But I don't. I didn't even think of how many percentages represent 216 gp. In addition, I sell regularly my arts with no profit because I buy them to enroll myself (so, 20% is not an automatism). :)

Anyway, it seems this goes nowhere close to a solution. And I see players here try to bring the "automatism" as explanation for this incident (which I would be happy to accept it if it wasn't for a price out of my automatism - as I explained already, I trade regularly artifacts with four numbers in the price and if I trade resources, I trade with the factories, not on the market to get an automatism from there). So, for the moment, I drop this incident with a silly explanation that maybe my browser went nuts and it reset the lists in the last moment and me I wasn't paying enough attention (pretty stupid, but for the moment I have no other way to explain what happened because if it was an automatism, the ore should have been posted with at least 1k+ gp more - wouldn't that be funny? :D).

So, closing the thread with the hope it was a glitch somewhere on the process or a mistake of mine. Matter closed for the moment.
