Hiya,
In the Complain section, I see
1. Complaints and applications - Violations in tavern and battles
This section is for complaints on insults in battles and tavern, as well as staged and paid-for combats.
2. Complaints and applications - Finance and others
This section is for complaints on players whose financial activity violates the rules.
Now, if I someone send me an PM and write all sorts of vulgarities imaginable (all coz I won some gold from him in a card game), where do I send a complain to, if I do decide to send one, since the above 2 sections don't seem to fit anything to do with profanities in PMs?

So send to 'Insults' or Secretary? And if latter, how do I send to Secretary?
And are any of these complains actually dealt with? I mean, I don't wanna waste my time if the last case dealt with was like 6 months ago. haha..

Are we talking about orly here? :-(
You should probably click on reply and change the name of recipient to "Insults". Also it is your right to contact Secretary about his behaviour since it is such a serious case. Write only once and dont wait for reply.
And are any of these complains actually dealt with?
I believe such serious cases are dealt with, just try to be patient. |
