conditions of the renting is set by u and me.

my primary conditions are :
-Your history must be good (no rules broken of the game).
-You must have enough gold to succeed .
-You must have a good artifact set .
-You must be an active player. I will check how active you are.
- Your Combat Level must 8+

my primary conditions for tgi is
- first 14 days for free
- 2.500 gold for each extra day needed
- after reaching lvl 2 you will return to me TGI and one thief artifact (you can choose which one) |
Akomancer has agreed on the terms and conditions of :
period of 2 weeks and i get to choose which art to take along with the TGI .
if less then 7 days , he will get to choose which art to give me along with my TGI.
-more then 2 weeks , he will get penalty of 2500golds a day.
-more then 4 weeks , i take both thief arts with my tgi back and he will get 2500 golds penalty for each extra day.
** TGI and Arts cannot be traded in market **
