Err, sorry, but it's not exactly like that. ;)
If your clan is accepted but you don't have 20K, the clan approval is delayed until you have 20K. As soon as you have it, *poof* the gold vanishes and you have your clan.
If you don't have enough money clan creation is simply delayed. |
