i never tried it on lower levels - and at the moment i'm to highlevel to try it myself, but:
is it possible to buy arts in the artefact shop of which your character does not fullfil the level requirements ? (not using them - just buying)
like a 4 level character buying a sword of might. | | Yes, you only need the inventory space and the gold/resources to purchase. | Very possible. make sure you have all required gold and resources,
i bought the lv 10 magic set waaay back in early lv 9. | thx guys!
