Just at .ru server. There was no update here as far as I know for 10 months. |
No connection to faction level anymore.
It's not entirely true either. The ability to create double or triple mini-arts is now linked to Combat level, but the bonus strength you may get from each ability (for example, the health bonus or the attack bonus) is still linked to one's Wizard faction level.
A Level 9 player switching to Wizard will be able to create triple mini-arts, but with negligible effects, like +1 Att, +1 Def and +1% initiative. |
