They transfer cheap (mostly hunter) artifacts for incredible prices (for example Hunter Pendant for 94 000 GP)to each other. These transfers are not marked as loans and I think that they also highly exceed 30 percents limit for gifts.

Also Nagasaki on 21st October bought Thief guild invitation on market (from me)and the very same day he transferred it for 1 gold to pc37. pc37 transferred it on 17th November to Cattack for free. Even it if was considered as a loan, TGI was not returned in 1 month.
