Application cost is 1000 gold.
Registering the relationship will cost both characters another 2000 gold.
Both characters have to apply, so it will cost 3000g for each player if application is successful. |

| Now the other person you trying to establish a relationship with should apply in the same way you did. Only after that will the relationship be registered (provide that you both have the lacking 2k each). |
