Character page/ Your photos/ create new album.
After you create album, click on "photos" right next to "view" and "edit".
Then it should be easy, "browse", find your photo and "upload". |

5 ehm using photoshop to do it its like using 500kg bomb to dig a hole when a simple shovel can do it :)
Even in simple MS paint can change size and format. |

Well, either you are doing something wrong and none of us know what it is, or something is wrong with the connection and data transfer and none of us can tell what it is.
If you have anyone that knows computers well and lives near you, get her to help since she would be able to see and diagnose the problem easier as she can see your computer screen and actions. |

24 hours?? When you started suspecting something goes wrong? When I said a long to upload I meant like 5-10 minutes. Try out multiple photo managers to save the foto in right format. Not all of them work. I had similar problems with uploading too. |

Thats right but its very easy to use and its build in every windows.
For better quality try Irfanview its freeware. Its quite small bit more complicated but u can adjust image compression (quality) of .jpg urself. Still no need to use big expensive and complex tools like photoshop. |
| to marked: As a matter of fact I have never said I used photoshop. I tried about 3-4 freeware, trial, whatever programs. I just didnt find the right word for photoshop-like program. :-) |
