I ask to block all my characters who at me are because my brother has created many characters. And I wish to begin game with a blank leaf.

Just leave and forget them. | | But I wish to register the new character, and what were at me, probably, broke rules... | | no..just write in personal information that you didn't use your many characters again. and don't forget to write the names of your multi that you didn't play anymore.
